Cleaning Technicians are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall upkeep of assigned properties while representing Proper Cleaning with professionalism and attention to detail.

Now Hiring: Cleaning Technicians

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of assigned commercial or residential properties

  • Follow structured cleaning checklists and service protocols

  • Perform restroom sanitization, surface cleaning, dusting, and floor care

  • Ensure professional presentation on client properties

  • Safely handle cleaning supplies and equipment

  • Communicate clearly regarding scheduling and service needs

Qualifications & Requirements

Qualified candidates must:

• Be fluent in English
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Have reliable transportation to and from work
• Pass a background check (clean record required)
• Have previous professional cleaning experience with another company
• Be willing to work weekends as needed
• Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and professionalism

Compensation is based on experience, position, and availability and will be discussed during the interview process.

Our service area includes West Palm Beach and Palm Beach, Florida. Applicants must be willing to travel within this defined region.
